Decal Tech took a bold move by investing in latest technology at start-up stage. The modern and smart manufacturing set-up encompasses fully automatic high speed screen printing machine with wicket dryer, semi-automatic screen printing machines and all requisite pre-press & post-press equipments.

Our team is committed to adopt and implement lean manufacturing methodology that focuses on minimizing waste within process while simultaneously maximizing productivity.

Quality Control Laboratory

Our quality control laboratory has various testing instruments like Tensile tester, Spectro-photometer, Gloss meter, Thickness gauge, weighing scale, Tension meter etc. These instruments are effectively used for testing and controlling the quality of incoming raw materials and other critical supplies used in manufacturing process.

Our QC team understands the importance of Lab functions in the context of customer satisfaction and hence the finished products of every batch are released after thorough testing and ensuring the quality criteria in accordance with customer specification.
